Answers to common questions
- Can I call and talk to a “live” person if I have questions?
Yes you can. Kennridge staff are available Monday-Friday to help you with any questions or needs you may have. If you need to contact us after hours, we provide a 24 hour answering service if an emergency may arise.
Back to Top - Do you take insurance and which providers do you accept?
As a counseling group, we work with most major insurance companies and we are able to file claims on your behalf in most cases. However, insurance plan deductibles and copays tend to vary with the particular coverage you have and some services may not be covered by your plan. For example, diagnostic testing or couples therapy services are often not covered by insurance. If you have a question or problem, please check with us. We will be happy to help you.
